Our car was being repaired and our Corgi Maggie needed to go to the vet with a UTI.

Kelly arrived on time, was friendly and made sure despite abnormal traffic and a longer than excepted vet visit that Maggie was taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience with Paws On. Michelle, the owner, runs a professional and trustworthy service, and Robin, who looked after our pets, was absolutely amazing.

Robin was reliable, dependable, and truly wonderful with our animals. It was clear from the start how much he cares; our pets were calm, happy, and well looked after. Knowing they were in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were on holiday (for three weeks!).

Smooth experience booking a sitter for our 3 dogs for an evening. Our sitter, Robin, was great with them and sent us updates through the evening. Overall a great experience and can recommend.

I was let down last minute by my usual sitter, and a friend recommended Pawson Petsitters… honestly, what a lifesaver.

They were super professional from the get go and even stayed in my apartment, which made things so much easier for my pup. She’s got diabetes and Cushing’s, so she needs meds twice a day, not the easiest doggie to care for, but they handled it like pros.

Getting daily updates and photos really put my mind at ease. I could actually relax knowing she was in good hands.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

It was lovely to receive daily videos and pics of my happy dogs having a good time without their mum and dad around! They are high energy and fussy eaters so it’s always a worry to leave them but we were able to relax and have a good break knowing instructions were followed and because of the happy updates !
